David goes deeper into what being compassionate is really about.  He also emphasizes the importance of starting by being compassionate to OURSELVES!  You can’t offer out what you don’t have for yourself.  This is the key to starting the road to compassion.  True magic in this talk is found be listening deeply and following your own heart while you hear David encourage you to be compassionate.  We are lucky to have David A.
